A downloadable game for Windows

Rules are simple :

1. Collect all collectibles

2. Choose your fate

3. Repeat

4/:/4?/. Seal your fate

That's how you should do it

After many months, my first video game is out!

BILLBOARD EFFECT is a survival/die and retry minigame inspired by the Roblox experience Grace by The Fartering Few, where you achieve the best score possible by surviving through an infinite amount of rounds, gain points (debts) and survive danger. There's one twist : you die, you lose everything. It will be your job to find a way out… and survive

Most of the assets are hand-drawed, except from the model of the character and the font. And all the songs in the game are made by @Pyridoxinemusic (YouTube), huge thanks to him!!

The game might be a bit difficult at the beginning, and I hope you will get used to it as soon as possible, because it becomes really fun quickly!

How to control the character?

MoveWASD (ZQSD)Speed is progressive
JumpSpace
Hold to glide
SlideRight Mouse Button (RMB)Jump after a slide to get jump boost
ParryLeft Mouse Button (LMB)Has a little cooldown
DashLeft shiftOnly one time when you are in the air

You can change the controls to get a better feeling according to you!

Why is there an AI generation disclosure?

While I don't necessarily agree morally with its use and existence in several areas, I had to use models such as Gemini or Claude, which helped me with the unfathomable amount of errors I made during the game's development, because coding is what I do the least well unfortunately. I hope to disappoint as few people as possible who may have played the game unknowingly and who condemn it personally

Thanks to everyone involved! I hope I didn't forget anyone (their name are in the last screenshot)

(If you find any bug, don't hesitate to tell me, I will try to fix them. I really hope I uploaded the game without any problems )
